A master class in swimming by Daniil Markov, world and European champion and alumnus of the Children of Asia Games, was held as part of the Games Alumni Union project established by the Children of Asia International Committee.
"Today we were given a master class by the honored master of sports of the country, everything was very cool and high quality. I liked everything very much. Daniil Markov showed a number of exercises to improve technique and speed", - shared young athlete Inessa Efremova.
Daniil Markov noted that young athletes need to follow discipline, believe in their coaches and themselves, and also set big goals and go for them.
"Eight years ago, the 6th Children of Asia Games were one of the brightest competitions. There were not so many foreign participants in our time. It is great that the Games are developing and the geography is expanding. Today I held a master class for the kids, where we looked at starts and turns and also worked on technique. It is gratifying that the children asked a lot of questions, I gave the kids autographed cards. I wish victories to all athletes. I am sure that you will succeed," said Daniil Markov
