Today the Games Flame arrived in Bulun district. The guardians of the flame were met in a solemn ceremony at the entrance sign to Tiksi. They handed the Torch to Afanasy Androsov, the Head of Bulun district.
The torchbearers were greeted by residents of Bulun district near Cultural and Sports Complex. The head of district, Afanasy Androsov, congratulated the participants of the event. The Relay participants were also greeted by the head of Tiksi Natalya Sultanova.
The flame of the Games was carried by 10 torchbearers through the streets of Tiksi. Among them are prominent athletes, activists of the physical education movement, coaches and schoolchildren of the Bulun district.
Daria Vasyagina shared her impressions on the Relay.
“I am very glad that I had the honor of becoming a torchbearer.” It’s very exciting, but it’s nice that I was given the honor of carrying the flame of Children of Asia Games. I experience positive emotions and proud of being a torchbearer.
