Today, June 4, residents of Tattinsky District met the flame of the 8th Children of Asia Games.
The delegation of Tomponsky District solemnly handed over the flame of the 8th Games to the representatives of Tattinsky District on the border of the municipalities. The heads of the delegations made a welcoming speech. A boys' ensemble performed for the participants of the ceremony.
The torch was delivered to the center of the district and carried along Oyunsky Street in the village of Ytyk-Kyuyol by Ayaal Burtsev, Head of the Tattinsky District, and the best athletes of the district. Among the participants of the relay were Nurgun Sabaraikin, master of sports of the Russian Federation, multiple champion of the Republic, 4-time champion of the Far Eastern Federal District, Egor Noenokhov, prize-winner of the 3rd Children of Asia Games in freestyle wrestling, master of sports in khapsagai, also trainees of children's sports school, champions and prize-winners of the Far East and the Republic: Sakhayan Burnashev, Stepan Vasiliev, Dyulus Khatylaev, Aidyn Avvakumov, Ayaal Turnin, Olga Barbasytova, Miron Androsov.
Already 325 torchbearers, 650 volunteers took part in the organisation of the relay, the flame of the 8th Games has passed 33,702 km. Tomorrow the torch relay of the 8th Children of Asia Games will meet in Churapchinsky District.
