The 8th Children of Asia Games Torch Relay passed through the central streets of Batagai-Alyta. Local school students, youth and adults gathered to welcome the torchbearers.
The Games Flame was carried by 10 torchbearers, including the head of Eveno-Bytantaysky National District - Innokenty Struchkov, a participant of Children of Asia International Sports Games - Kiunnei Vinokurova, and a participant of the Manchaary Games Ilia Kolesov, as well as athletes, school students, teachers and activists of the district’s physical education movement.
To date, the flame of the 8th Children of Asia Games has traveled 26,059 kilometers, carried by 255 torchbearers and greeted by 500 volunteers.
The next district to receive the Rorch Relay will be the Verkhoyansk district. See you!
