Issuance of Accreditation Cards for Participants of the 8th Children of Asia Games Started
In total, about 24 thousand people will be accredited for the 8th Children of Asia Games. This was stated by Gavril Mokhnachevsky, Deputy Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of Yakutia.
"As of today, the acceptance of new applications for accreditation of participants involved in the organization and holding of the Children of Asia Games has been completed. From June 10, the accreditation cards will be issued at the Accreditation Center located on the basis of School №31 in the Main Information Center of the Games," said Gavril Mokhnachevsky.
Proxy forms for accreditation cards have been sent to all registered organizations.
The task of each organization is to properly form an authorization for one accredited employee and wait for an invitation from the accreditation center for a specific date to receive badges. On the specified date, the employee should come with the original passport and the authorization and receive a package of badges for the whole organization. The issuance of accreditation cards separately for each employee is not provided, except for media representatives.
"The first to receive badges will be the participants of the cultural program, volunteers and members of the security forces. Other organizations will be invited as the accreditation center is ready," the deputy minister said.
Access to the Games venues during the event period will be possible only if you have an accreditation badge for a particular venue to perform your functional duties, access to other venues not specified in the badge coding is restricted.
Recall, the 8th Children of Asia Games will be held in Yakutsk from 25 June to 7 July.
