For the first time in the long history of the Children of Asia Games, its alumnus became the chief referee. Merey Akshalov, participant of the Olympic Games in Beijing, world and Asia champion, Honored Master of Sport and Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has extensive experience in organizational work. The Chief Referee will be responsible for coordinating the entire referee board, whose functions include the direct conduct of the competition.
As a reminder, the 8th Children of Asia Games will be held in Yakutsk from June 25 to July 7, 2024.
