The team of the Turkmenistan Gymnastics Federation returned from the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, where it held international training camps in rhythmic gymnastics, SalamNews reports.
The delegation included 23 athletes, led by the head coach of the Turkmenistan rhythmic gymnastics team Fiza Aivazova, .
As Fiza Aivazova explained, the current tournament in Tashkent, as well as the educational and training process as a whole, determined not only the level of training of the athletes, but also identified several candidates to be included in the united team to participate in the 8th Children of Asia Games.
To recall, the 8th Children of Asia Games will be held from June 25 to July 7 in Yakutsk. Dokhsun Sports Complex will host competitions in rhythmic gymnastics. Young gymnasts will compete for 8 sets of medals.
