The Ministry of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Tourism is working to organize catering within the framework of the 8th Children of Asia International Sports Games.
“During the Games, the national and religious characteristics of representatives of the participating countries will be taken into account. The daily menu of the Games will include the following types of cuisines: European and Mediterranean cuisine 30%, Russian and Yakut 30%, Asian cuisine 20%, Halal 20%. The menu includes dishes from local producers,” said senior official of the Ministry of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Tourism Liliya Zolotareva.
She also emphasized that the Ministry is currently accepting applications from entrepreneurs for inclusion in the list of recommended food items on the guest card during the Games.
