The construction of a multifunctional sports hall for the 8th Children of Asia Games is almost finished, the overall readiness of the facility is 70%. The sports hall will be located in the Saysar district of Yakutsk, commissioning is scheduled for May this year.
A two-story complex with an area of more than 2,8000 sq.m includes a multifunctional hall with the capacity of 400 seats, a gym and a boxing room. The territory of the facility will be organized with a recreation area, a sports ground and convenient parking spaces for visitors.
At the present time external lighting, windows and partitions as well as heating systems are being finished. Work also continues on the installation of electrical equipment, fire alarms, ventilation, water supply, as well as decoration works.
16 facilities will be involved during the 8th Children of Asia Games. A Multifunctional sports hall will hold competitions in volleyball.
