Elley Bootur Ice Palace was launched in 1996 for the 1st Children of Asia International Sports Games. It houses sections for hockey, figure skating, billiards, and martial arts. Additionally, there is a public ice rink available for visitors. The capacity of the palace is 650 people. The headquarters of the Children of Asia International Committee and the Children of Asia Games Museum is also based in this facility.
